and hopefully they wont do the usual SSN seniority nightmare where the 2000 hour guy in the right seat of a turboprop gets the A330, and the 50 year old guy with 10 types and world wide experience goes interisland..
I don't know why they don't just hold classes separately by type, rather than do it all at once.. I've had more than one LCA tell me this system is leading to people who are less than ready going right into WW operations.
