If one were to receive an offer to interview but couldn't take it or didn't need the job at the time, how could you get your application noticed again? Sounds like you could be in the "not interested" pile. They keep thorough records of cancellations, and will always pick someone who is motivated over someone they may see as flaky - not that you are, but their involvement with you may lead them to think otherwise. Right now they have lots of qualified and interested pilots wanting to work there - they probably have priority.
