More than likely it will not pass, not because of the CRJ side, because the ERJ side will shoot it down. When this happens, and it will happen, the company will keep us both separated and they will start the long process of transferring aircraft to the CRJ side and re hiring pilots on the bottom of the CRJ seniority number. You will be better off on the CRJ side. The ERJ side ,should they vote this upcoming TA down, is going to suffer greatly as a result.
