I paid $39 for mine at office depot online and it appears to be built pretty well after examining it closely. My roomate paid $150 for the "real" bag and after one year his pockets are already busted. Mine also has a 5yr warranty for anything. If it busts I can walk in, toss it on the counter, and get another.
