On the conference call today, at 1511 EDT, CM, once again, stated that there is no movement or change in status in the LOA 67 lawsuit.

On September 27, 2013, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Airline Division filed their last communication with the Court regarding the LOA 67 litigation in the form of a “Plaintiff’s Objection to Magistrate Judge’s Orders Granting in Part Defendants’ Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to F.R.CIV.P.37”

This objection was filed by the Law Firm of Baptiste & Wilder, who is a Law Firm employed by IBT Local 357.

The case is not static, all parties continue to file motions with the Court, so the case is ongoing as opposed to CM’s statement. CM must be aware of this fact, but chooses to categorize the matter to the membership inaccurately.

If that is the case in this matter, what else is inaccurate and how will we know if we are hearing the truth or not?

Additionally, pilots have encouraged me to raise these issues on our MB as they are interested in the answers as well. I see none of these pilots wish to post any of these questions on the MB or even ask the questions on the conference call.
