They are probably not going to talk about SJS to attract candidates but maybe flows to airways (as they suggest in their web site).
Do you guys think it will eventually merge with PSA and eagle if AA and airways merge?
there isn't any flow, its just management playing with semantics to sucker people into thinking the preferred interview/'hiring' procedure is just that, and it is not even close to anything approximating a flowthrough
