I can't speak for the numbers as to interview to hire ratio. Maybe they want to start a pool for 2014 classes, who knows...I don't think SWA has had ratio "as bad as" 1:3 in the past, I've always assumed them to be closer to the 1:2 or better. Just my $.02
Since Southwest does business with the Federal Government (DOD Charters) they are no longer allowed to have pools. As for the ratio when I was hired in 1994 it was 1:6
