I logged 90% of my other time towards PIC, because I was still in command since I signed the aircraft and had the A code (after AC upgrade). Don't confuse PIC time with stick time. I took out 10% for when I was flying locals and someone else was in command.

I interviewed at CAL and they didn't have a problem with it or even mentioned it. I had a spreadsheet attached to my AF product explaining my conversions and it was fine.

For SWA though, I didn't count other time at all since they specifically said not to.

Whatever you decide to do is really up to you, as long as you can adequately and reasonably explain it.
