If you're PIC on a Cessna 560 you shouldn't have any issue getting hired by the regional of your choice.

As others have stated, getting an overnight in your hometown shouldn't be an issue...it's just a matter if the trips are on lines that bid high...if it's just a "typical" overnight, i'm sure no one is really going to care or be trying to GET your line...When i was bidding, I typically just looked for specific days off, weekends off, or max days off...commutable lines can be very important as well, this will be true for you and anyone else who has to commute to work.

Could turn out that the lines that overnight at home aren't commutable for you...if that turned out to be the case, you might gain an extra night at home, but you could lose a day at home on either end of hte trip commuting to and from your domicile...

I'd just find the airline you want to be at, and go for it...the rest is a crapshoot.
