Our contract provides for good QOL but the fast movement does real magic to it. Pay wise, even if you work your basic line, your financial outlook is equal to a legacy if you consider the fast upgrade. If you can and are willing to work OT you are way better off here financially. Why leave?
Pay was not my highest priority in joining NK.
Without having spent much time doing the math, I would have to agree.
Assuming current movement, financial outlook is comparable to a legacy career.
Unless you are hired really young ...
