I dont want this to get into an essay competition, but could you guys BRIEFLY name the top 5 things that you look/looked/shoulda looked for when you were figuring out which regional to apply and choose?

and maybe a sentence to describe why? (i.e.- pay, domicile, F/A's ) also, i'm still in my training so some ideas from when you FIRST started out would help. THANKS GUYS!!
