Can any Delta guys help me out with this question? I've got a company that rents apartments (full kitchens), furnishes them with nice furniture,linens, all dishes, hooks up utilities (heat, air, internet & cable) and then subleases them out. Since we just got our arses handed to us by the sequester and again by the govt. shutdown (we lease to govt employees in training), I'd like to diversify.
