FYSA this came straight from a Chief Pilot in ATL two days ago. He said they sent a military guy home from an interview because of his attitude. He was arrogant and full of himself. It's a shame to make it that far and lose it because of something that's easy (or difficult depending on who you are) to fix.

This is something I'll never understand. Many/most mil pilots come to DAL with IP, EP, combat time, etc. and are interviewing to be a vanilla copilot who has the potential to someday be the captain.
Check the ego at the door. Your "greatness" is already ancient history. Realize what you are applying to do. Also, realize this isn't a squadron (however it can be squadron-like in some smaller categories) the other pilots are co-workers. Overall, you are on your own.
Be a good dude. Helpful, cheerful, nice, polite, etc.
