When Delta was hiring in '07, '08 and '10 there were posts here or on other sites as to what was candidates thought or knew tripped them up on interview day. Just curious: Anyone hear if the test is an issue for some, or the cog test, or is mostly the interview so far? Hard to get an impression yet since we're not hearing much as to how many are making the cut these days.
2 people I know didn't make it through the cog testing on day 1.
1 made it through day 1, wasn't invited back for day 2.
2 made it all the way through, didn't make it. It was the day 2 psych eval according to them, or their contacts. Can't remember who told them.
It can happen to anybody, anybody can have a bad day.
