My interview experience was very relaxed, fun even. For me (and I'm far from the smartest guy) it boils down to practice.
I COMPLETELY agree with you.
Two of those mentioned were very good friends of mine and did the prep. And I was scratching my head that they weren't offered the job.
And as far as your last point, ALL but one said what you did. Great experience, friendly, just wish they had done better. Only 1 had a bad experience. And of course, we can ALL speculate that maybe it was him. Don't know, don't care. He ended up somewhere else anyway that ALSO has a pretty decent filter and screening process. I was simply answering the guys question of if he knew anybody with a TBNT and in which part it happened.
