Great news in theory for us senior FOs who got bypassed and are still waiting for our money and a shot at TPIC time, but overall it could be a disaster.

I wonder if all this is a "let's say and not do" to keep people here as long as possible. Wish they'd offer something else besides a referal program to keep us here. They want to purchase additional Saabs (which is great for those of us wanting to upgrade) but are any additional B+s on the market? Hopefully I'll be able to upgrade, but highly doubt it.

There will be many grievances filed to stop the company from doing what you describe, and the lawyers will have lots of fun. I agree that they would love to do it they way you say they will, but they won't get away with it. Re: sections 9.B and 9.D
This company always finds a way to do things their way...... as I recently heard that P.L. once said "We'll do it anyways, so let the pilot group grieve it."
