I don't mean to preach to the choir. I know first-hand how most of the pilots feel at Endeavor about this whole thing. I was more "preaching" to the new guys considering applying to Endeavor. I speak from personal experience and feelings coming out of that group and I am just being honest. I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression.
