IIRC, you said there around 10-15% of the pilots at your former employer that weren't up to your personal standard. Chances are, that number can't even get through the app, let alone the interview process.

Whenever a pilot on the DAL list that DIDN'T go through the DAL interview process (Flow, NWA, Western, etc) screws something up, do you feel it's YOUR job to start watching them to?

Seriously man, you got the job, you won the race!!!! Congrats!!!!!!! If one that you personally find undesirable makes it through, will that be the end of the DAL hiring standard as we know it? There will ALWAYS be those that get through ANY process that maybe shouldn't have. It's out of YOUR personal control, why fret over it so much?

You're reaching a bit. Well, actually a lot.

Watching out for those at Pinnacle that deserve the shot and those that should not be given the chance in front of them. They should not have to be junior to someone who didn't bother fulfilling the requirements or have relaxed scoring.
