That's complete garbage.

I agreed to work at RJET based on the information that was available at the time. I had NO IDEA how badly this company treats its people because at that time there were no threads on any internet forums warning prospective new hires. Also, many of the company's anti-pilot, union busting tactics have begun since I have been here.

I wish that someone would have been there to warn me off. I'm merely providing information for others to make a more informed decision so they know exactly to what it is they are "agreeing."

Of particular importance for prospective pilots to understand is how the company's outstation basing will drastically affect your quality of life, even if you happen to live in base.

I don't understand how anyone could have an issue with that.
