Do you really think ASA would be better off alone? Honestly and having nothing to do with online bs. If you are blaming the Erj side for peeing in your cheerios you really need to look at the entire regional industry.
The most senior regional pilot group with a higher block hour cost than the Erj side? A completely incompetent management team and a looming rate reset with delta? Both sides of this merger brought baggage to the table and we are going to be casualties of the regional industry and a do nothing management team who is lining their pockets while the ship sinks. You work for a poorly run, expensive sub-contractor ... It shouldn't be a surprise when we lose our current flying.
