Fact.....there are more civilian dudes getting hired right now. This apparently is not because of quotas, etc rather terrible interviews. Fellas....get interview prep and quit sucking. The folks will tell you during the interview process the job is yours to loose. QUIT LOOSING IT!!! The 2010 numbers were around 60%-40% civilian to military. The days are gone where mil dudes were a preference. Quit acting entitled. Just a friendly hint from an HR friend of mine.
