On the brasilia your chances are almost 100%. On the RJ the most junior FO in SFO has over a year seniority so chances are slim to none. If you live in or near SFO you'll have much better QOL by taking the Brasilia for a year or two, then transitioning to the RJ when you can hold SFO.
