And with the guys that have been stuck in the right seat for the last decade, ask some relevant questions like crm scenarios with dbag captains, or something about technology being used today, not in the old days when a flight engineer calculated the time it took to accelerate to v1. It seems that a vast majority of applicants are not new to the 121 world, they know how acars and cpdlc work, and are not naval aviators!
