The words they used in the business update were pretty vague. If I was looking to get hired on at a regional I would need something more definitive. When they can't fill classes which I don't think at this point they can things will change. Maybe then a wind down date will be given or a true flow through will be offered. It costs Delta nothing to offer a flow in fact it saves them money by not having to interview as many people. Having to shut us down because of staffing does cost them money because the lift we provide will be more expensive, hence costing them money. And it's all about the money.
