Frontier is hiring 108 FOs in the next 12 months. They are running classes of 12. The second class is already in sessions. They are interviewing right now for the 3rd and 4th class. If you apply now, and get an interview soon you will probably be around the middle of the "hiring wave."

There is at least some attrition of FOs so there might be a trickle of hiring after this wave. Frontier has very few retirements in the next few years. Growth and attrition will be the cause of hiring. I think Frontier has growth in its future
