Let me run this by folks. What would be your opinion of a "Delta job subscription service" which a guy could buy into for $21,000 a year if they were a Captain and about $15,000 a year if they were a First Officer. In exchange for buying into that service they would be given a guaranteed interview.

Depends-where's the $$$ going? If it gets spread out evenly to current FOs, then sure.
