I've heard from the guys going through it's the customer service questions that are tripping guys up. You have to prep if you've never held a CS position before. The interviewers are asking questions like, "what do you do if you don't have a product that meets the customers needs." The prep'ed guys are answering, "I would find an alternative solution that best meets the customers needs", etc. The other guys are simply saying they would apologize.
