That was the reason behind my inquiry. Internals don't seem to carry as much weight now days, like at Usair where an outside contractor does the hiring.
It still does if that rec comes from high up. I honestly thought that CRJ driver guy was a chick though. I stalked his post history and the way he typed things strikes me as very feminine. A lot of Lols and emoticons.
