If you can't accept that there are some inherent advantages to being a female in this industry, then you just aren't being realistic.

I imagine there are also some disadvantages. Based solely on numbers, men are more likely to remember flying with women, and more likely to talk about flights they had with women. It's therefore probably tougher to recover from a bad trip/line check/training event/sleeping with a coworker/etc.
