There will be an extra 20 - 29 spots per month that COULD be back filled for a couple months even though the Flows will get their seniority date when they were supposed to start. After that it will be 29 flows a month for six months, which could eat up all the spots for a while. Rumor at Compass is they are working hard to minimize or eliminate holdbacks, since they had more than twice the time to prepare compared to 2010.
