Unlimited interviews in seniority order, plus 4 job offers a month minimum, totalling 48 a year, minimum. So, they can interview 10 in a month in seniority order to find the 4 they want. Outside of that, they can take whoever they want, it just doesn't count towards the 4. The point of this hiring arrangement is to keep PSA cheap by hiring our pilots, so the majority of guys here won't be reaching the top of the pay scales. Now yes, PSA can "hold" pilots back from hire of we need them due to staffing, but ONLY until December that year. The 48/year min must be met by decemeber. So it would be unlikely a year's worth of people are held because that's 48 people we'd lose in decemeber that year.

This begins Jan 1, 2014. That's what the LOA says. Only confusing part is the whole thing is based off the merger, so of merger not complete by then idk if it kicks in. They've taken 5 FOs in the last month so clearly they are taking guys regardless.
