At this point, they have hired just as many FO's as they have captains. They are interviewing anyone interested, the only difference is that as an FO, you have to do the two day interview AND you have to wait longer in the pool. The classes will be filled 2/3's in seniority order of captains, 1/3 of FO's. So classes will be filled with 8 captains in SSP order, and 4 for anyone else on a first come, first serve basis.
