Delta is going to be interviewing as many 9E as possible and putting us into a pool to keep us here. It looks like everyone who wants to go to Delta, and makes it through the interview will be hired by the end of next year. When you go to class, I'm not sure, but you will be in the pool. At this point, they have hired just as many FO's as they have captains.
The two I've heard, one had previous TPIC time (a little bit at least) and the other former military (so I assume some TPIC as well).
