Delta is going to be interviewing as many 9E as possible and putting us into a pool to keep us here. It looks like everyone who wants to go to Delta, and makes it through the interview will be hired by the end of next year. When you go to class, I'm not sure, but you will be in the pool. If an FO at Endeavor has such an amazing oppurtunity ahead of them, why would Ryan Gumm tell one to go to Compass on a company conference call?
You're prediction of everyone being hired at Delta by the end of next year is overly optimistic at best, how did you even come to that conclusion? Are there any factual numbers to back this up? Assuming half the seniority list wants to go they would have to be interviewing a little under 100 pilots a month from Endeavor alone. I have a hard time believing that is what's going on.
Not trying to be a debby downer. Just saying this post doesn't make much sense and you really aren't seeing the potential value in going to another regional. None of us will really know if it was a good move for an Endeavor FO to move laterally for a few years.
