Delta is going to be interviewing as many 9E as possible and putting us into a pool to keep us here. It looks like everyone who wants to go to Delta, and makes it through the interview will be hired by the end of next year. When you go to class, I'm not sure, but you will be in the pool. I know they have already been calling guys at endeavor with seniority # in the 500s , wondering how long it will take for a guy(or girl
) like me (around 900ish) to get an interview, I've had my application in for about 5 years. Also this "pool" how long can one with my seniority expect to swim? Just don't want it to be like some others, where you get hired and sit in a pool for over a year, and have to re interview (FedEx comes to mind).. Anyway, it's been a bad year for us all at endeavor, but here's to a better future. I really think we are on a positive path for once.. (Fire away negative Nancys)
