I was hired by Delta in 2008. I didn't do any formal prep, but I made Irv Jasinski's (spelling?) "Airline Pilot Interviews" my "interview bible". The whole book is good, but one chapter has a ton of interview questions and he gives advice on how to structure your responses. I worked on that chapter for about a month, making a notebook as I went. Really helped me in the interview portion.
