I'm seeking just a bit of clarity, realizing that it is hard to predict the future.
Eighty have been hired. Perhaps 90 more will be hired in this round?
Others (how many?) have been interviewed, or even hired, and haven't shown up yet in the Flica numbers.
How many more need to be hired before the next subsequent hire finds himself on Reserve for more than just a month or two?

Eh, not quite since they still need to upgrade and they haven't said how long they will hold back for. The other part is most likely the hiring will continue since Deltas hiring sounds like it will last awhile and others are ramping up quite a bit. I think by the time someone heard of all the movement somewhere and don't have an interview even lined up asap it may be too late to reap the benefits for that "wave" The poolies last year are in a very good spot. The rest are in for huge reward with quick upgrades or eternal reserve, thankfully the former seems morr likely but it is a big risk at this point, unless of course you have nothing else. Regardless of all that said I still think it is a very solid regional option.
