How long have you had your bag. Does it seem like it will last long enough until you have money to get a nicer one.
I've had the CostCo Kirland bag for two years. It was $99 with a warranty so it doesn't really break your bank too badly. It's pretty durable but the handle is a bit flimsy. If I pack it super full it won't fit in the Brasilia overhead bin but as long as I leave a little room on the top it fits just fine.
