In other news, CM the Muffin Man has been reinstated by the company outside mediation effective January 2014. He has to go back through training and qualify, hopefully for his sake he does this time.

Union and Company both mentioned the private mediation talks in their respective newsletters. Perhaps optimism a deal may get done is in order. We have a lot of growth left to go through and the seniority list does not seem to get any larger. Lots of CAs and FOs bailing as soon as they can. We are so short staffed it isn't even funny. When Part 117 hits 2 months from today I anticipate major issues for the company due to staffing.
