When people have more than one job choice, that is not leverage, that is called, more than one job choice. And while yes, there exists, pockets of two job offers at two majors, this is NOT very common right now. Heck, only two majors are interviewing to my knowledge in recent months, DAL and UAL. This is 2013, not 1993.
Leverage is the ability to influence another party to your own benefit. Nobody said it was financial. Altho, the whole reason everybody is seeking employment, is, well, financial.
For a know it all, you sure don't know much. UA, DL, AS, US, & AA have all started hiring this year. Who gives a crap about how he uses the word leverage. Get over yourself.
