I'm on my first pair of Ecco's. By far the most comfortable uniform shoe I've ever worn (almost as comfortable as my running shoes). They look great. And from what I understand, they're very durable. If I get 5 to 10 years out of them (which it sounds like I should), then the price will have actually been a good value.

But they're expensive for a pair of shoes. $200. Probably not in the budget for a new hire.

Edit: Whoa... I was curious and just did an internet search for these shoes. Found them on Amazon for a really good price. Wish they had this deal when I was buying mine! Ecco Birmingham
