Yep, same here. They barely asked about my total time or even my traffic violations. Common sense dictates that if you have been at this long enough, you probably have the flight time and made your mistakes. Be honest and humble. I think they were more concerned about whether one would fit in or not. Every airline has a different corporate culture. For example, DAL weighs a lot on education, GPA, and attendance. We had to bring our official transcripts, and that's the first thing they looked at, even before the flying stuff. It was a great experience.
