Cruz is spot on. Here at Silver, you're allotted so many sim sessions, and if you can't finish, you're sent home. This is not the place to come to if you don't have a good foundation. As Mexipilot said, Silver puts people through the Space Shuttle training, you guys remember the B1900 days?

You have to take a very honest assessment of yourself and why you didn't make it through RAH.... and never ever ever blame another airline of why you didn't make it through, especially in an interview. Learn from your mistakes, and don't let it happen again.
Sorry about the typos, driving cross country using speech dictation on the phone. Of corse I made mistakes. I have yet to see someone that does not. And i do not blame RAH for this at all. I believe their is room for improvements in their training program, and i have also giant steps to improve my capabilities as well. I do have a good foundation in aviation, grew up flying, and private rated on the day of my birthdate of leale age. All experience has been gained up in the north east which is a tad bit harder than sunny Florida. Look I do not have to defend my capabilities on here, however taking your advice as to what led up to the RAH experience. The only thing that I could improve on was the automation of the aircraft. Understanding and utilizing it was the hardest part for me. I am not going to go in to specific details but truth is i know what i can improved on and have take the nessary steps to do so. Out of our 28 person class only 7 made it to the line. And we all had 1500+ hours. SO yes of corse their are improvements that can be made on my part, But numbers talk and with those gives their was a serious problem with Flight safety at the time when I was going through. However I do not blame RAH at all. Good company, nice people, room for improvements. Thank you for the advice and caution.
