Maybe reading comprehension isn't your strong suit... I said attitude is everything and realizing how and why I failed is the reason why I've been successful in my airline career. I'm basing a 170 off of the many people I know who fly them and came from Silver and said it was an easy transition. I never forgot where I came from and what it took to get here and you'll surely never see me brag about being anything special. I simply laid out reasonable expectations for this hopeful Silver candidate and even see a little of myself in him. Why else would I come here and specifically post info for him? Everyone on this board struggled to get a job once and just because I made it outta there doesn't mean squat.
