Well no.

A grievance could be filed. ALPA would then take up the grievance with the management of Delta Air Lines.

Guys like me will then begin asking questions about how ALPA is processing grievances with the management of Delta for pilots of another airline. ALPA will again explain that a Pinnacle pilot is not a part of the craft or class of worker performing Delta flying, except, they are, or aren't based on an arbitrary line that ALPA itself created and a process to cross that imaginary line via a contractual mechanism that ALPA also created.

Delta management has no duty other than that stipulated in the contracts. ALPA has a fiduciary duty to it's members. Guess who gets sued first?
