Just had one of my recommendations open it up, looks like they, the person doing the recommending, have to enter their email on the request form and since none of them actively use their DL accounts they put in their personal acct so they could be reached. If this helps anyone--even though I the DL hopeful, sent their request to the Delta employee's email though airlineapps, maybe ask your recommender to kindly key in their Delta email in the body of the form to enhance visibility to Delta as mentioned.

I don't use my company email account except for the purpose of accessing an email there from airlineapps for writing a rec. Really easy to access from the DLNET web page.
