The clarity alofts iv used in the B350 have the same issue kinda. But it does transmit, just cant hear your own voice while transmitting. And you can hear yourself talk to your copilot just fine.
However I prefer the lightspeed zulu 2's for noise cancelling. I also find them more comfortable. I hate that little bar on the clarity's that wraps around the back of your head. If you bump it it knocks the headset out of place.
