Two questions:

1. Are you going to take a shot, having written all those perfect sentiments? No sarcasm here, I agree with you; the perfect chairman would be a pilot who caused the factions to get into a contest over who was the most serious about C2015.

2. How long do I have to be doing ALPA work before I am considered a barnacle worthy of getting scraped off?

Quitting is hard - a few days of this stuff and you get an idea of how rotten this job would be if nobody stepped up for union work.
