If a guy likes where he works, why step on him for that?
A lot of people have to take a bite of a less-than-desirable sandwich, but the true professionals are the ones uplifting their peers. I get jumped on a lot here, and I don't care.
Attitude isn't everything, but it's part of a skillset and part of putting your game face on. I'll fly with a guy who flies the company flag in the face of negativity all day long. No matter how low your pay is, anywhere you work you should be a company man.
