RER is 9 euros and change, includes transfer to the metro. Bus takes the crew from the ramp, so she can't ride in, but if you don't think she can navigate the RER and metro, you can go with her.
She may be able to ride the bus to the airport, depends on the driver. Also, the crew bus may get her to checkin barely in time, so RER may not be a bad idea. Crew needs to clear security together, so it'd be awkward to take the train in with her and find the crew, since you aren't familiar with CDG.
